You'll be changing your tune if DA2 dies on its arse.
It won't.
Sure it'll have a massive opening week due to the success of the original like ME2 but don't be surprised if it drops like a rock after that just like ME2 and fails to meet their sales expectations and then eight months later it's revealed DA2 and 3 will be coming to the Wii.
oh lol a pointless wii bash.

Who says that Morrigan's story ends with the DLC?Rama Ruma wrote...
Wait.....they are making DLC for Morrigan.......doesn't this basically just mean they are jipping her story in order to move on?
Clever. Not saying too much, yet giving us a possibility. An interesting twist. So it's possible this may not be the last we see of Morrigan.
I thnk it's the end for DAO engine and wraps up the story, I don't think the characters are done at all. I think they just moved on to the new DA2 game engine and I would like to see what Morrigan would look like in that engine, or as people say shes in after DA2, As for the Warden, he/she could use the upgrade too. I think when you have such good characters as the Warden and Morrgina, you can't go wrong in using them in other games, the people and money are there to make some money for BioWare. Now a good team with Hawke, Warden, Morrigan and Sten.....that would be cool beans, I don't think anyone would want to mess with them.
Oh yea, just got some more BioWare points to get this DLC, can't wait.

Awakening is 6 months post-Blight and the Witch Hunt is 1 year post-Blight. How do you figure that working?Bryy_Miller wrote...
I want to know how importing works. Can we export back to Awakenings?

It would be a prequel.

The Awakening one acknowledges.. The Origins one actually leads to a bug.bluewolv1970 wrote...
which epilogue card acknowledges the morrigan romance the origins ring one or the awakenings one since apparently one precludes the other due to a bug...

Yes, it was a rather stupid question. But it was brought up because completing Witch Hunt gives you stuff you can use in either games.

The end of the warden - yes
The end of Morrigan - No
The warden could be in DA3, but I won't get my hopes up.
since my warden pretty much "vanished" I guess I gotta find a new game =/
Well it's been fun BioWare..but since my warden's story is finished, Im outta here.
Good luck with "Hawke" ...he still can't beat my warden though.
This.
Not interested in DA2 if it has nothing to do with my Warden from DA:O.
Will someone please explain to me why this is so I can at least take some of you seriously?
It's called 'personal preference'. Perhaps you've heard of it??

what do I need to NOT do to not get the origins ending so that I can get the awakenings one as I really do not want to start from scratch and I have saves at all key points in the game...thanks in advance

i think the warden might die in this dlc.
Possible. But I don't think that should be the answer to all Wardens. Should be a choice, if you feel he/she just needs to die. Mine doesn't. I want him to die in the Deep Roads fulfilling his calling.

All Wardens die? Look at Avernus, please. My main Warden is a blood mage for a reason. He killed Zevran however.night0205 wrote...

Which is why I am reinforcing the statement that death in this DLC or in Deep Roads is a choice. Twenty kids? Wouldn't that hurt after a while?

Broodmothers say: no, it doesn't. Twenty thousands kids? Well, after thousand or so you just stop paying attention.Bahlgan wrote...

Ah, well that would probably be because in the latest DLCs, the loot has popped up in new characters. So for instance I just made an Orlesian Warden in Awakening who wore Battledress of the Provocateur and the blood mage belt from the golem DLC.Bryy_Miller wrote...

As for whether or not BioWare has gotten good enough with their DLC to actually allow it to provide satisfying closure, is another matter entirely.

Can they leave the warden to live the rest thirty years being decayed by the taint? I guess so, but who would want that?

I suppose the last DLC will answer the question about what your warden is doing during DA2 events.i love lamp x3 wrote...
if my warden dies i'll be more comfortable playing as hawke. all the better if i get to take out some sort of revenge on whoever kills him. i don't want the warden to die, but i know otherwise in da2 i'm just going to wonder what my warden's up to and i'll be disappointed if i dont ever find out. afterall there's still 27-29 years left of his life
