Very good news for my Grey Warden. I was waiting this DLC to see how finish the romance
Agreed. I keep hearing the ridiculousness that all Wardens must stick with the dark and gothic bull**** that must end with the result of a lost romance. For those who like to keep the constant theme with the game, I won't harp on them, but that doesn't mean that they should feel that they have a right to pressure others more optimistic to force the same scenario. I too look forward to a happy ending, and I am not even expecting the superficial Cinderella fit-foot-in-glass-slipper-married-to-Prince-Charming type happy ending either.

I'm pretty sure this happens whether you import or not. The line has nothing to do with the Architect, the implication is supposed to be that the Darkspawn are afraid of the Harvester.bloodreaperfx wrote...
Im pretty sure Awakening choices also got imported. The dwarf guy mentioned most Darkspawn have retreated and they did not attack....only observed. This is consistent with helping the Architect.
Ah, well, my mistake then. I've only tried it with one character and I thought it was relevant to Awakening. I guess it's not the case.
Okay, just played that conversation with a cheracter that supported, then one who killed the Architect, and it is different. Depending on your actions

I don´t get why people like US so much. I´m not going to have a character lose his/her soul because the Maker is a jerk of a god.
And here I thought it was just me. Good to know Im not the only one
Yeah I know. "I'm one of the last Grey Wardens in Ferelden. I'm one of the only ones that can finish off the Darkspawn after the Archdemon is dead. I'll just go let myself die then. Sod Ferelden. ????????
And the funny thing is Morrigan is seen pregnant even if you make the sacrifice. It would make more sense to take the ritual and live if she gets the baby either way.
I know they stated countless times all endings are canon and there is no "true" ending. But tbh, even in Awakening, the Orleasian Warden seems just a thrown-in workarround for the people who didn't survive. GoA also takes place after the events of Origins thus making more sense if the warden somehow lives.
Then there is the Witch Hunt DLC....
Overall it seems the dark ritual way is the "prefered" ending.
Hay, Morrigan is a shapshifter, maybe when the Warden blew her off, she changed into a mabari and went to dog

I can put money on it, that BioWare wont put the god baby in this DLC.
I can see the PC fighting striders for most of the DLC then Morrigan shows up at the end..for a brief conversation. See if Hawke is even mentioned in this DLC I am so going to be pissed.
Oh yes, If they EVER tried to setup an awesome storyline for DA:2 through some DLC, that would just be the worst thing EVER!!!! /Sarcasm off.
Be realistic, this is the PERFECT chance for them to start getting things for DA:2 together.
Agreed

Perhaps I was a bit harsh saying "horny." I guess Morrigan fanboys would be better. Still, I would like it if the game gives you the option to kill her, since the description does say "answers, revenge, or reconciliation of your lost love. Given that she didn't want you to follow her, she might try to kill you once you find her. Just saying. Don't be TOO shocked if she turns out evil.
A little?? Yea, just like burning down your house and spitting on the ashes would be a little harsh.
Granted most of us are nerds because we are so passionate about the game. Granted we are horny because it is a part of the animal instincts coursing through all forms of life. I guess it is a horrible thing, in your definition, to be horny AND nerdy all at once. Perhaps maybe I should stop playing on the computer and start enjoying football instead?
And no, I wouldn't be too shocked if she turned evil either, just it wouldn't make any sense without a back-up explanation, and it certainly wouldn't make any sense with those whom she romanced, because those Wardens were practically the best damn thing to happen to her.

Disagree entirely. Dragon Age Origins is the perfect time for the WARDEN to shine, NOT Hawke. There will be plenty of heads-up for Hawke in their prodigal release called Dragon Age 2. It is not a matter of being realistic either; some people really don't think Hawke deserves to be called "The most important hero in ALL of Thedas", unless he truly performs a feat in the end greater than slaying an Archdemon.
Then again... I can think of one thing more valiant... Maybe Hawke will slay... TWO Archdemons!!! Oh mah Gawd!!

Dont forget the epilouge with Morrigan if she loved you
Point is, the Warden changed her life, for better or ill I guess would depend on the character you ran and which one you choose to take on the quest

Well of course! That is the one chance for the Warden and Morrigan to finally unite <3
My Warden was a good influence on her, whether or not his morals reached through. I shall find out in this DLC. If Bioware follows their protocol in choices, then chances are everyone will eventually walk away with the endings he/she wishes. Expect the worst and hope for the best.

"Confront Morrigan in this dramatic conclusion to the Origins storyline"
Well I couldn't say I didn't expect this to happen. I was more hoping for an expansion than a DLC. But I guess Bioware is just trying to end Origins completely before the release of Dragon Age 2.

Is there a reply from Gaider saying anything about the fate of our Warden. Please let it not be. I am excited about the DLC, but, the Warden's end? Say it aint so!!!
No and there won't be.
If you want to know what happens in Witch Hunt, play Witch Hunt.
If you mean what happens to DA:O after Witch Hunt, it ends. There is no more warden adventures or any adventures in Dragon Age: Origins after Witch Hunt.
If you want to know will your warden character ever appear in DA2, DA3, DA7, DA103, etc, you will have to wait and see.

I'd say it would be worth it only to find out what's going on as the final DLC and end of the Warden.

I get the funny feeling the BW will not include the godspawn in this DLC (that somehow reminds me of Baldurs GateSpectreWarden91 wrote...

Alistair can be the father in DR...so it would make sense.C3dr1c wrote...
I sorta hope you get atleast ONE original member from the Origins team... Alistair, being one.I know some people don't really like Alistair, I sorta do, though. And I have to admit it would be fun to see Alistair and Morrigan clash one last time. Then again, this would depend on the players choices - I mean, you can either let him live (ritual), make him sacrifice himself or you can execute him (if you're evil). So I guess Alistair won't be in this DLC. Just a thought.
If DR was done I wonder who is taking care of the child (I really hope they don´t go the comic book trope of fast aging in 2 days), having him (her? Archdemon was winged dragon-that´s female) with her would be dangerous to the baby.
I´m actually expecting Morrigan to attack at first sight. And for a chance to talk some sense into her. Otherwise I hope for a really good chance to meet Flemeth again in the future.
