Is it me or is that icy/foggy room almost the same as a re-used vault from the mage origin story? You know, where they keep the blood vials.

In all honesty I think pretty much all of Bioware's focus is on DA2 now, which is fair enough I suppose.

EVERY Paid for DLC recycled levals (to varrying modifications) why is this shocking to any of you people?
ME2's DLC has used brand new levels.
If we're actually returning to the old levels like the Mage Tower or Dragon Bone Wastes, thats fine if they're reusing the levels. But if they're trying to pass them off as new, then thats just lazy.

Because unless it's specifically revisiting that location, it's a cheap thing to do. It's something you commonly see in fan made mods, and you'd think professional developers would do more than churn out something that essentially feels like a mod.

Maybe is this or nothing. New levels take more time to create, and they seem to have a literal deadline to get out DA2 soon. Don´t get why such a hurry. Afraid new console generation is out before DA3?MKDAWUSS wrote...

have we heard if the dog in with hunt IS our Mabari? that would be just great... Also, will Flemeth being alive or dead affect the story at all I wonder? I mean you could have her alive, while you possess her grimoire and Morrigan walking around thinking Flemeth is dead...that seems like a plot point they need to explain...
I don't have alot of facts and so on, but about the Flemeth thing (I'm just sharing). From the info I have seen, Flemeth will be in DA2, which means she is alive, even though you decided to ''kill'' her. I would guess that in DA2 she has simply found another body to host, or something, I dunno... So I guess the only difference will be if you are able to tell Morrigan in Witch Hunt, that you either let Flemeth go, or you simply say you killed her.

You meet Flemeth in the beginning of Origins, before Warden kills or not kills her.C3dr1c wrote...

Agreed. But it seems clear to me she was waiting for you later, and knew why Morrigan wanted her dead. Also can´t help thinking she threw the fight. If we go to her DA2 intro all she had to do was take flight and burn everyone from safe distance.Lord Gremlin wrote...

I For One Hope Leliana Is In It I Did The DR But I Romanced Leliana At The End Of Origins
Or Will It Be Another Note Explaining Why She Can't Be They Like In Awakening If It Is
The End Of The Warden then she Should be they (They All Should Really)
I, for one, would like the option to leave an open slot for a particular romance character or a VERY close friend. Since I romanced Morrigan, she might/might not be in the party in the DLC. If that is the case, then my heart would be broken, for I am certainly anxious to add a few to Morrigan's kill count, should she bea returning ally in the DLC.
If not Morrigan, then I would completely pick Zevran from the list; he and I grew to be rather very close friends with my helping him find a new life away from the tyrannical and insidious reach of the Antivan Crows. Not to mention he is very humorous in the adult, dry humor sort of way. "Always game for a little fun".
But Leliana would not be a bad choice either, my friend who plays the game with me as well would certainly LOVE that theory. I personally would also enjoy Alistair's company; despite what most say about him being a weak king for his entire life, being a sarcastic parasitic individual, and a horrible friend, I disagree. My Warden was his best friend and one of his most trusted allies, and he would feel the same way about the Cousland.
Oghren would make a decent choice at best (do not misunderstand me, I like him, I am a very tolerant entity) but he already made enough of an appearance in Awakening, and I must say it is time to switch it up. As for Sten, Wynne, and Shale, I am sure they are far too busy to be playing Warden assistant: with Sten back in Seheron, and Wynne and Shale working together to help that danged golem regain her mortality somewhere in Tevinter.

So why does Morrigan in the promo still not look like Morrigan in the game? Seriously?
Same reason why Leliana on her promo page (and banner ad) didn't look like her in game character. They used the Sacred Ashes video design. If you look at the first screenshot on the Witch Hunt page though, you can see it's the same in game graphic as Origins.

So will completing this yield any reward items? DAO, DAA, or DA2?
Yes (for Origins and Awakening)

That wouldn't be too bad, either. Having one open slot for the other romances / close friends. In that case it would be: Alistair/Leliana and Zevran for me. Got 3x different Wardens, all female, so if they have open slots - it'd be those 3 for me.

That being said Witch Hunt has A LOT to live up to. Ending the Warden's story should be epic so I was really hoping for an Awakening sized expansion to end the story.
Bingo.
Since BioWare has decided to wrap up a huge plot thread and the Warden's story and Origins in a $7 DLC, it better be up to the quality of Origins. I'm not even bothering comparing it to the other DLC- they're choosing to basically finish Origins as a DLC- I expect nothing less than the sort of send off we had at the end of Throne of Bhaal or Origins.
I'll say it again, but I think BioWare is kind of stupid for only doing not only Morrigan's story but the last of our Warden in a dinky DLC. A good deal more people would have loved to have bought and paid way more than $7 for one last expansion pack that brought back some of the old companions and dealt with the Morrigan story there.
I'm hoping Witch Hunt doesn't disappoint, but given the quality of the rest of the DLC, I'm not holding my breath.
