where was it stated that there are hidden endings that gamespot did not get to see - because it sounds like they got to play the whole dlc - and it sucks - I agree I really do not want to pay 7 dollars to be more frustrated than at the end of origins - I would rather just stick to my awakenings ending if thats the case - main game excluded (it was tremendous) how can Bioware make a relatively bug free game with great dlc in ME2 and make crappy (IMO) disconnected and terribly bugged dlc/expansion for origins? again origins was a 10 IMO but it has been downhill since - while ME2 has been basically bug free (despite transfering all those variables fro ME) and the dlc seems to be uptrending Kasumi to Overlord to Shadowbroker) -

I wonder if this will be the first DLC that'd be worth its money in regards to DA:O.
Chances are it will not. Surprising? Not quite.

Lair of the Shadow Broker in the same day. Even if this one fails, I have really high hopes for the other one after what i've seen in Overlord.

I have some questions. Sorry if I seem out of the loop, but:
- What is the story of this DLC exactly?
- When does it take place, in regards to Origins?
- If it takes place after Origins, does it assume the ending where Morrigan leaves?

I don't play ME, maybe in the future I will. However, so far all DLCs struck me as a way to get ridiculous items into the game which makes the game easier than it already is originally, while the DLCs all felt epicly disconnected from the main campaign. Awakening didn't come remotely close to the main game as well.
Feels like everything was designed to milk rather than genuinely offer a proper game flow and story.
Yes, I'm well aware I don't have to use the items, nor play / buy the DLCs, that however doesn't change any of the facts.

Wow! So you'll get to actually import a completed Origins story before you can play?bluewolv1970 wrote...

takes palce one year after origins - which is 6 months awakenings - it carry's over whatever choices you made regarding Morrigan - which at the risk of a spoiler for origins - includes her always leaving at some point in origins
