The day Amgarrak came out, it was available on PC mid to late morning California time.

NOOOOOO!  I've just finished work here in New Zealand, it's Tuesday the 7th, I checked last night and this morning before work was hoping to have it downloaded during work hours so I could play it when I got home, it's now 3.20pm and still no Witch Hunt or Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC released, really wish they'd put the different zone release dates out when announcing, I doubt I'll be able to download it until tomorrow on the 8th :/

According to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ it is currently 11.32 PM in Edmonton and Evil Chris said roughly around 10 AM MST for release. Looks like we have about an 11 hour wait by my estimates.

I live in connecticut, the state that is basically RIGHT next to New York, it wouldn't make sense for them to get it and not us. No offense, I just think you're wrong with it being out. =P

In theory, it will update everywhere at the same time. And by that I mean in one moment, regardless of what your clock says. To do so otherwise would be very, very inefficient. Not to mention it would upset quite a few people.
