According to Chris Priestly, it should be expected to be released at 10 AM MST.
If you fail at time zone conversion, there's a tool for that here.

I just noticed this thread is alot larger than the rest of the DLC ones. I hope BioWare know how important Morrigan is now! lulz

I live in Denmark, so the DLC will first be up tomorrow at around 17:00. Perhaps sooner if you have PSN plus.
