I'm thinking about writing my own Mass novel. What does everyone think?

I posted in the "where would you hang out in the ME universe" thread and I said something about trading it all away for an adventure. That got me unthused after I posted it and made me think of actually writing something, even though it might not live up to the standards of what MeEs writers write. I don't have any training in writing or anything. A writer writes.

Something on the lines of personnel and close, but with the adventure. The unknown of how Mass 1 felt to me had way to much riding on it. It made you think and feel about being on a cold steel warship in the Voyager cluster and it made me feel small. Sliping into my Onyx Medium grade armor, ready to land and investigate. Finding clues and putting the pieces together, and just getting there would be intresting to me. And there's the structure of what I can put info in and fill it up with characters and story to make a novel.

I was sitting backstage at a gig, (that's what I do for a living, play gigs and roadie) and I got at least 12 - 22 characters with back story and personality and an agenda of what or how they look at the ME's universe. Granted the timeline I'm thinking of when Humans just get on to the galactic scene and everything is that "unknown"

I already got inspiration from how Bioware has made ME look and feel, and the vision. The only I would add is my vision of the characters and the goal and feel.

I was going to post on here all the ideas for a story but I got so many, I could write a trilogy!

Tell me what you guys think, it's been in my head since the first time I boarded the Normandy back in 07' Let's throw some ideas around! :)
