By the time March comes around, I'll be making a giant montage full of everyone, the winners of the Bearding Competition *whenever I "officially" announce it*, people who have stuck out the 6 months, everyone who participated, etc., etc., and I'll throw myself and Matt at the end or something.

Indeed it does. Whether it be a video game, on TV, or if you're actually playing the sport, the beard has magical powers, especially when combined with such rituals like: not letting your sticks hit the ground before entering the locker room, tucking your left nut into your cup first, and doing doing 26 push-ups in full gear.
