I'm looking to change the appearance of "StarFang" to that of Ysarius, but I'm not sure how do go about it. If anyone could tell me if It's possible, and maybe link me to a quick tutorial I would be greateful.
How does one change a weapons appearance?

Fairly simple:
1) Open up the toolset, and make sure you're in the single player module (file -> manage modules).
2) On the right, there is a screen called the palette. Select 'items' (its a little sword icon) in the palette.
3) Navigate to the item you want to change. It will be in Global -> Weapons, Melee -> Greatswords -> Unique. Right click on it and select 'check out.' This should open up a new screen with the item shown.
4) There is a field called 'item variation' in this editor. The appearance you want will be one of those. If you're not sure, open up the other sword too (you can just double click on it rather than checking it out) and look at what variation it uses.
5) After you've changed the variation, save with control s or the save button.
6) Right click on the sword and select 'export without dependent resources'. This will put a modified file for the item somewhere the game can see it.
And that should be it. I'm not 100% sure that it will modify the appearance if you already have the sword.
