so...i purchased DOA (when it was first released) and got the free code...unfortunately, i only recently purchased ME2..  on PC, btw.

i tried to redeem the promo code for the Dragon Blood Armor...and nothing... it shows up in my log of purchased/redeemed DLC, but i dont get the option to download it..and.. it shows up as "xbox" on the platform type.

did i miss the boat? or am i doing something wrong?

You be able to download it once you start up ME2 on your 360.

Unfortunately the code is for XBOX 360 version, but how can you get a console code with PC purchase?

its for the PC, not xbox... and i realize there is always DLC...but considering this was a promotional DLC (after review of the code insert, "offer expires April 30, 2010")...and i cant find any link to actually download it..i am a tad frustrated.

Which is quite self defeating because if you buy the digital deluxe set from Steam now, you'd still get the dragon armour code.

No? I got my DAO and ME2 two months ago. that's 6-4 months after release respectively....and I still got my blood dragon armour for both games.
