If the lightmap remains unchanged and textures no longer fit then it sounds the wrong UV channel got adjusted (1st instead of the 2nd) or they were saved in wrong order.

The original lightmap was botched so much i gave up on trying to rescue it half way through and just remapped the thing from scratch (something which can be done with single click so well, much faster) However this means the layout of lightmap for this prop is now different from the original. Meaning, it's very likely original lightmaps for the core game for this particular asset would no longer look right on it.
So rather than straight replacement, i've added this one as new model,
prp_table_01_fix_0It comes with the meta file and everything else so should render and work proper in the game without breaking the old assets. It has the additional bonus of
not coming with low poly _1 version so that avoids the other issue with the lightmapper (unability to generate proper lightmaps for the _1 level meshes) Hope that's ok.
