I have seens someone make a skip the fade mod.
Since I tend to make many characters OStagar very much feels like a hassle.
I would like after The origins story for me to skip to lothering.
Anyone else feel the same way?

Not really, Ostagar is a vital part to the plot unlike the Sloth demon's domain, which is just some tedious obstacle.

it does get a bit tedious having to do the Wilds and Tower all over again... and again and again every time I make a new character. the rest of the game I don't mind much because there's different choices you can make and different companions you can take with you which can give a different experience. but every character has to do pretty much the exact same things in Ostagar with only some minor dialogue differences

I think its possible for a mod to check certain plot flags?

And teleport you to lothering....

I imagine the mod would ask..did you meet wynne/save or kill dog...

Or at the very least skip krocari wilds and head straight to flemeths hut.

THen skip the tower....The amount of fighting bothers me the most.

This doesn't seem too difficult at first glance. I can take a look at it if you want.

I have a working mod, now I just have to figure out how to package it up :P

Should be up by the end of the day.

Thanks, When you've played through several characters' story lines it's such a great addition. I'd hate to have to run through the entire Ostagar scenario every time i decide to start on a new character.
