 So I just finished my first play through of Mass Effect 1, and I want to go through it again, but as another class which I  believe requires me to start a fresh new Shepherd. But I really loved the appearance of Shepherd in my other play through. Is there a way to save my other Shepherd's face for use in other character files??

You can change both the class and face of your existing Shepard when you import just fine, so don't worry about having to choose.
