Hi ppl, hope you can help with my problem.

I brought a new copy of ME2 recently.

The problem is that I entered the code in-game before actually redeeming and downloading the DLC from the bioware site.

I stupidly assumed that when you enter the code in-game, the game would actually download the DLC automatically in the background. Plus, there was no specific instruction on the card that mentioned you had to redeem and dowload from the Bioware site first.

So now when I try to redeem the code from the Bioware site, it won't let me.

Any suggestions? - I don't particularly want to pay for another because I've pretty much done all the missions and completed all the achievements in the stock game and now just waiting for ME3.

I got the same problem. My code is registered but the "free DLC" isn't there. Irritating...

I have a similar problem I had no difficulty getting my code to enter.. but I'm seeing there's supposed to be 1200 BW points I'm unsure if I HAD that...I had a bunch of specific DLC's and I downloaded them all... but I'm wondering if I either didn't get this 1200 points or I somehow was restricted to the specific DLC's I got.. I would have liked to pick specific ones. Did I do something wrong??? Or did I not get the 1200 points?
