I know Okku goes to Mulsantir Gate and Gann/the cleric girl go into the theater when dismissed, but I can't seem to find Safiya. Never dismissed her until last night, when One of Many requested it.

Hmmm. I had to pick her up a while back. I'd swear I got her in the theater. I'll check when I get home. I'm in Act 2. I'm trying to play without her as much as I can during this playthrough.
(By the way, that isn't just some cleric. She's "The Dove". The way other players talk, seems a "Dove Love" thread could be as big as a Neeshka thread.)
