Hi, I'm currently having a problem with previously downloaded dlc on the xbox. For reasons unknown to both me and microsoft, my download history has entirely vanished for all my games. As such both on console and  website, old dlc tries to charge me for attempting to redownload them.

To make room in my harddrive, i'd deleted all the previous DLC i owned (everything up to awakening).

With the release of witch hunt comming soon, I've downloaded the new ones,  but of course I can't get the old ones without paying /again/.

My actual question for you guys is, I noted that looking at your DLC with dragon age using the EA servers show what you've downloaded. For example, I got stone prisoner with the collectors edition. Will this allow me to download the content again that way, or will it simply take me to the page where it wants me to pay?

The reason I ask this isntead of just checking myself is I'm on holiday, and don't have dragon age with me (forgive me!).

When you buy stuff online or redeem codes, all content will be merge into the same Gamertag, E-mail and console. Your problem sounds really weird tho.

The problem is the merging part has failed, I suddenly lost all ties to my dlc.



Let me think about writing my question in a better way.



When you load dragon age up, you connect to the Servers. At this point you can view all dlc available, including ones you've already purchased. Once you've bought one, it becomes a tick in the menu.



The reason I wonder if this works is as such. When I redeemed my Stone prisoner code and downloaded it, it would still ask me to buy it if i went to marketplace. Yet in the download section of dragon age itself, the tick was still there and i could redownload it from there.



I want to know if the old dlc I downloaded (keep, shale, ostagar, awakening) could be redownloaded using the same method.

im having a very similar problem. i lost my CE DLC when i upgraded harddrives and when i attempt to reDL, it asks me to pay. this content is also not my DL history. im gonna give it another shot before i lose my cool.

Mine wasn't just for one game, it was my entire history from april 2008. Thats about 40k points worth.



I managed to get shale dlc back, as the ea servers knew i'd used a code to get it. No luck for awakening or the others though. Support say they'll contact me monday afternoon, so i'll update my situation then
