Being the Uber CE, I'm hoping you're going all out like MoH. Sure it's about 300+ AUD, but I'd easily pay up to 400 if ME3 delivers.
So here's what we need...

- USB stick, either an 8 or 16. Contains the codices, all the comics, screensavers, themes for Win7, history.
- CE DVD with your usual stuff, making of, trailers, etc.
- Music CD.
- Steel case, painted.
- Stylish ME keyring
- Posters of all 3 games, team shots?
- Special EXCLUSIVE DLC. Not just your run of the mill stuff, stuff that makes you feel superior.
- Tali Reveal.
- Normandy.
- Art Book, compilation of any and all art, even the blooper art.
- All the stuff has a unique number and ID
- Special DogTag with a Unique ID. (Chris, is there ANY chance at all that when we pre-order this, the Tags are printed with our names?)

i agree withe verything except the dog tag pre order thing. dont do that! cause its gonna be only availible to people in the US and the rest of the world will be screwed over.

I think you're right with that one. I hope this Uber CE gets released in Australia as well. With no changes whatsoever.

2 idea's. N7 helmet kinda like what came out with Halo 3. Or what they are doing for Halo reach and sort of a group figurine shot of the entire ME2 or ME1 or even both games together. That would be somet i'd happily put on a shelf

For me the codex would have to be electronic, so you could add entries from future games...

The one thing that I have always wanted is printed version of the Codex. As much time as I spend in front of a screen nothing beats a proper book. Then again an electronic version shaped like a datapad would be really cool as well. As long as it doesn¨t become some lame smartphone app all is good. I simply just wants to be able to read it wherever, whenever I please.

I know this is quite impossible to do, but I'd like a very special edition, that has "my" favorite Commander Shepard-character as cover-art. It would work like this:

There are - say - one hundred of these editions and you have to pre-order them. When pre-ordered, you send a savegame of your favorite shepard and Bioware somehow includes "him" or "her" on the packaging, maybe somehow like the Commander Shepard on the ME2 CE-iron box (where the Collector is on the back side.)

(Sorry for bad english.)

But I guess it has to be an item. Then I'd love the N7-Visor from ME2 with 10% headshot damage (just kidding) and an USB-connection for additional data when playing (cool, but also hard to do, I think).

Hi Folks

We are looking for ideas of what you want to see in an uber-collector's edition for Mass Effect 3. Now, by "uber" I don't mean the sort of usual collector's edition with maybe an art book, soundtrack, DLC items, etc. I am looking for ideas for a super-exclusive (and likely rather pricey) super edition item that would be for the hardest of hard core collectors.

Recently there was a Collector's Edition of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 that came with a set of working night vision goggles. That is the sort of idea I am looking for here. If you can suggest other "uber" editions from other game companies or what you would like to see, we are looking for ideas.

For example, my idea is to have a desktop replica of the Normandy done to scale that would come with a section of the roof you could lift off and see a light up galaxy map inside.

So let us know your ideas. Don't worry about things like "how would you ship them" or "the cost would be too high" or whatever. Throw out your ideas and we'll see what the Dev team does with them. :)

I like your idea, but I'd like it more metallic or something, without detachable parts or anything. Something that would endure. Especially since it's a desktop item, which may be prone to accidental crashing-on-the-floor-and-breaking-up-in-little-pieces, heh... I suppose you're talking about SR2, because that's what I would like, but a non-Cerberus colors and markings SR2. Basically, the Normandy as it would look in ME3.

If not, then make an SR1 AND an SR2 PLUS whatever we'll be flying in ME3. *Of course I'm talking about something relatively small here, no longer than a pencil.

Other ideas...

Make use of the morality system. Make a renegade version and a paragon version... dunno how and where it would apply though.

A "trophy" scarred/torn N7 Helmet like the one you can get from the Normandy Crash Site in ME2. This would have to be life-sized, but I don't think it would be a good idea to actually make it wearable. If it don't fit, some crazed fans might go apesh** and kill BioWare employees. Just sayin'.

And, hey!:)

A life-sized Avenger might be, oh I don't know, :o FRIGGIN' AWESOME... ahem, excuse me... my imagination is running wild this night.

*Oh, and yeah, just hit me. Please, oh, please release this "uber" Collector's Edition in Europe as well. Somehow I think the monkey-grubbing rEApers have other plans, <_< *sigh*...

**Oh, and yeah, just hit me again. That Modern Warfare 2 Edition called "Prestige Edition" was PS3 exclusive, so puh-LEASE release yours for all three platforms...

Normandy as a ship in SWTOR with some items like armour and weapons that are from Mass Effect
Replicas of all the main ships / stations and main story characters
Full size avenger metal riffle that does some tricks
Full size n7 helmet or the damaged one
A usb stick like the starcraft one but mass effect related

The bold one would be neat :)

Love the Normandy idea but how about you do something similar to god of war 3 where they had god of war 1,2 and 3 combined in a huge replica of Pandora's box with dlc & soundtrack. It would be awesome to have mass effect 1 with improved graphics and would be great for newcomers of the series. After all mass effect is about the story of Shep and god of war is about kratos and his story meaning that you really need to have played the previous ones which is why this would be perfect for mass effect and although i play on my xbox360 i am sure that there are just as many people who would want it on the pc & ps3.

Since many of us have invested time and effort in creating our own Commander Shepard characters, I thought it'd be really cool if somehow your customizations can be exported to create an action figure of your Shepard:

- Whether 6" or 12", full articulation a must!

- The weapons would fold up (to a degree, due to the small size) as in the game and clip to the figure with magnets

- Include a bonus DVD that shows your character's profile and a promo video featuring him/her in action. Maybe a recruitment vid for the Systems Alliance military depending on alignment. Renegade: "See the galaxy, kick some ass!"; Paragon: "Defend freedom and secure humanity's future"

You know that model N7 helmet you pick up on Alchera? Give us one of those, a la Halo 3's legendary edition.

I want a Mass Effect that can be customized to sodomize whatever, whoever, however, the game player wishes.

With it's over the net capabilities virtual orgasmic rape is just the push of a button away.

An SR2 Normandy Model followed by a Geth Head Lamp would be close seconds.

An Uber Edition for me would include the following:

- A piece of shepards armour - scarred and torn, with the N7 logo on it. (Pretty much what was shown on the box art of the ME2 Collectors Edition)

- Since this is an uber edition for the hardcore ME fans, it is very safe to assume that they will have played all three games and that it might be an idea to include three different statues of the three main protagonists for each of the three games - Saren- ME1, Collector General - ME2, Harbringer? - ME3.

- A Developer/Voice Talent commentary that can be installed and played while playing the games main story missions - similar to what Alan Wake did. (I do say only main story missions because obviously it would be too big to do assignments. Plus i know that previous decisions will significantly change most of the main story missions and that this may not be possible but to get some insight into how the levels are built and how it is structured and explanations of the different outcomes would be cool)

And what should be standard inclusion into the edition as well as the above:

- Copy of Mass Effect 3
- Hard-Cover Art Book
- Full Soundtrack for Mass Effect 3
- Exclusive In-game Items/Quests for Uber Holders
- A DVD Full of Behind-The-Scenes and Making of Videos, which also includes all the trailers that have been released.
