Can you still get it? I mean, having only two different stat options for helmets is really lame for a game that is otherwise so deep.

Side quests, relationships, six distinct classes, heavy weapons, save imports from ME1, fully voiced characters (almost all of them), upgrades, multiple weapons, and bonus powers make for one of the most complex RPGs out there right now.

The only gripe I have with the game is the massive scaleback on armor from ME1 (although by level 50 in ME1 there really were only two armor choices). I love customizing the appearance, but the severe lack of helmets in the game makes me want to cry. In fact, on my assault sentinel I simply didn't wear a helmet, as my shields had amazing uptime and I never really went for shotgun headshots.

lame.

Two? I haven't got any of the Dr Pepper things and there's more than two on my roster.

That said, it'd be nice to get them in a pack or something.

It's by far the shallowest RPG I've ever played. One of the best third person shooters though.

That is because it is an TPS/RPG instead of an RPG/TPS as it was with ME1. But people should really get over the fact this is not an open world RPG like Dragon Age and those sorts of RPGs, it is a more linear, story driven Action Game with RPG elements.

There are still Dr Pepper bottles out there with the EA codes on the cap. Mostly at gas stations or in vending machines now.

Well, it turns out that because I'm Canadian, I can't get the promotional bottles. So I guess I'm stuck with 4 helmets, 2 of which are useless?

I like to call it a young reader's "Choose Your Own Adventure" shooter.

ME2 did a lot of stuff right.

Combat, Graphics, and well polish really.

It got:

Charachters, Story, Exploration, Equipment (ooh I can be PINK!), and well any depth very wrong.

I like the game for what it is. It's among an extremely short list that I've played multiple times. My comment was merely begin honest about what it is.

If you could find the codes online you could redeem them, I live in Canada as well and this is what I did and it worked fine. That said the content isn't very noteworthy...

I love the visors, especially when it comes to customizing multiple Shepards. It's nice to be able to see Shep's face but still get a relevant bonus. I'd get every outfit out there if I could, but the pre-order stuff is still out of reach.

If I drank Dr. Pepper I'd give all the codes I could find out for free, but I can't stand the stuff. >_<

Hmmm...I'll have to keep an eye out for Dr. Pepper, I guess.

And I don't like open world games. I guess I'm too distractible. Too many choices of what to do. I played Oblivion 2-3 times (not playthroughs, just turning on the game). Too much for me.

And I really like the relationship part of the BioWare games. Nothing else has that like BioWare.

Hey guys I have 3 extra codes if you guys want them. If it's against the rules to share them then I'm sorry :P

It's not that I know of. Peeps have shared codes for all sorts of things. May want to suggest they PM you, though, so not to flood the thread with requests.

I have three codes from caps (and I'm in Canada) but for some reason they're invalid on the site. I'm wondering if I sent the caps in if they'd be willing to email me the replacement codes even though I am Canadian.

uhhhhhh Dragon age is not open world...it's an "hubs" RPG just like Mass Effect

MAss Effect 2 was streamlined...apparently Bioware got the message tho and is re-rpgfying ME3
