Duncan Hawke? Even the name sounds terribly... I don't know, it could be great in a Krull-sequel maybe. :)

I wouldn't be opposed to the idea, but I just think that BioWare's idea of "manly and awesome" is a rugged beard.

Hmmm, wonder why a bunch of RPG devs would think that..? Strokes chin

I do have a beard. So I am manly and awesome by BioWare standards. I better notify my wife.

Well, I can tell you that my facial hair is manly as hell, and its not even all that rugged or anywhere as full as Duncan's or Hawke's.

But check out MY DAD-

There's my king of a father(now a monk). God I hope when I get older I've got facial hair like that. Its AMAZING.

ROFL, see it is saying things like ''notify my wife'', that lead me to question that statement, will you send her a note, or pop it on FB? :D;) (I'm sure you are very manly, just teasing, don't hunt me down..... )

He'll notify her in the manliest way possible. Wait till she's about to wake up and hover over her face so she can see NOTHING but the manliest beard in existence.

I.e., my father's.

I'll just leave a memo on the fridge actually. :D

No, really, she works for a magazine, it's the deadline now, and usually that's when she's more dangerous... I'd rather take my chances with the Ogre.

The Hawke line comes down from a long list of apostate mages, Hawke's father is an apostate from that line.

Yeah, what NKKK said. Hawke's father is supposed to be a mage. Duncan is not a mage. Hence: No.

yeah, i can't remember where but i remember reading that hawkes father was an apostate mage thats now dead.

which explains why the DA:O mage warden, bethany and possibly Hawke have magic, since magic is strong in that family.

Sterile? I dont think so. I remember D. Gaider somewhere claiming that its nearly impossible to have kids only if both parents are Grey Wardens.

G.Warden knocking someone up is possible.

Edit: Found it

That would be awesome, but it's already been established that Hawke's father was an apostate mage.

Gods damm it stop juggling this corps back on to the first page and let it lie. Every time I see the title I have a minor hart attack. I will say this one time only. I Have no son.

no, but we are related to the Mage Orign character, through her/his mother.

So my Reina Amell is going to be the older sister to Hawke. ^_^
