I no longer have my internet connection, but I want to install patch 1.23.  I have the patch on a flash drive, but what do I need to do with it mow?

Transfer the file into your NWN2 install directory then click on Update on the launch screen.

It should detect you don't have an internet connection, but see you have the file in your directory, and go from there.

See here for full installation details. Remember the patch process requires a stepped process. Taking the game from original install to patch 1.23 is not a simple matter of installation and then applying the latest patch.
