Because the only places you should wear such costumes and "RP" are 1. theater stages 2. your bedroom.

Yeah, ... and in the picture it looks like she's got only one foot.
I looove the Toy Soldier Cosplay, ... it is just brilliant in sooo many ways and ia up to now my personal favourite. There are tons of great images you find directly with google via just typing Cosplay, I have seen some pretty convincing Hatake Kakashi aswell as some great, believe it or not, Pain no Rikudo, were I thought, slash some paint in the background and Mr. Kishimoto might have drawn them.

All but the last are very, very good. I don't know how much time RedRibbon spent on his suit but that is some seriously impressive stuff.
