I'm doing the quest where I go to Lorik's office to recover files from his computer. I've killed all the guards, I'm standing in his office looking at the computer where the ! shows up on my map. But there's nothing to do, there's no way to interact with anything in this room! Kinda confused...looks like it may be a glitch, but maybe I missed something. Help me out here.

ok well I figured that one out, turns out it was just upstairs but appeared to be in the spot I was looking at. Now I've got a bigger problem! I get the files from the computer, walk out into the lobby where Kiara and a bunch of goons are waiting. I've tried this fight about 15 times now, and each time I die within SECONDS. What is going on? I've tried warping her, tried shooting her right off, tried taking cover, tried bumrushing them? So far none of this works at all. I'm terrible at fighting in this game.

Reload if you need to and grab Wrex. You need a barrier to survive the sniper shots. What I do when I play on insanity is put up a barrier, while my teammates use push on the snipers. Then I run back away to the office and try to hold there, using unity whenever I get the chance

This is good strategy talk for me. I knew there was more to the fighting...the only biotics I've ever used is warp, and then I either take cover and shoot, or if that doesn't work, I rush in with my shotgun.



I haven't tried barrier but I'll give it a shot. I've been using Ashley and Garrus ever since Garrus joined.

If you've got Garrus leveled up, don't forgot sabotage, overload and damping. Sabotage will overheat enemy weapons, overload is great for taking down shields and reducing defenses, and damping will shutdown biotic/tech skill use by your enemies.

It also helps to set your squad mate skill use to defensive.  That way you can activate the offensive powers when you want, rather than having them spam them at random.
