Aargh, someone should have asked this before, but the search fuction doesn't seem to work properly..

Anyway, what the title says. I've been trying to find the Scrolls of Banastor and managed to found four thus far, but... the fifth continues to elude me. Google searching reveals people talking about finding the scrolls in three locations: The Mage Tower, Denerim and the ruins in the Saced Ashes quest. Now, I managed to pick up two at the Mage Tower and two at the ruins, but the fifth still eludes me and I've been checking the mage tower, the ruins and the parts of Denerim that are available to me all over, and yet no sign of the fifth scroll. So, anyone having an idea of where the fifth one is?

I can't remember the location but when re-exploring an area the tab key is your friend, it will highlight everything that you can interact with.

Already done that, I'm afraid. Still no sign of'em

The one in Denerim is in the elven alienage. You won't be able to get it until late in the game when that area opens to you.

Oh, is that so? Hmm. Well, then I suppose I can stop looking around like crazy for it for the time being and instead concentrate on getting the other remaining quests done XD .

The fifth scroll is in the Werewolf Lair, not Denerim.

3 is in the Tower of Magi.



1 is in the large Temple close to Haven.



1 is in the Werewolf Lair.

Perhaps they don't always spawn in the same places? I know for a fact that I found my last one in Denerim, in the elven alienage.

They probably stop dropping after you complete the quest.



But yes, I got my last one in the Werewolf Lair, from a chest off the room where the Gatekeeper offers a truce.

The one that I missed was in the werewolf lair (apparently there was actually an entire wing that I'd somehow managed to skip over; go figure).



But yeah, I'm glad I loaded an earlier save, as the Collective mission after it has some nice potential for mental roleplaying (it's a simple choice, really, but I like choices in any form... I guess I'm just easily pleased).
