So I bought this game yesterday and installed it and it is saying the promocode for Zaeed is already used and I can't select it. I did use the code when activating cerberus, but I don't see how to get him or the downloadable content for him.
The other more pressing issue is I am having trouble selecting things in game I see the marher that they're an interactable object, but don't get a blue square to actually use them. I have been using ESC twice to force the square to pop up, but it's pretty annoying, is there a permanent fix for this? I have tried lowering and raising resolution, 800x600 seems to help a little bit, but not much and not consistently.

I haven't had the problem with the blue squares but have a what looks like scarring on the characters(arms) I did have to upgrade my graphics driver due to lag though.still have the scars but the lag is goneMaybe try that or reinstall the game.I dl zaeed and some other stuff thru the promo code and works fine.But they have something about making sure you use the same login on the social network as you use for the registration as the stupid code can only be used once.You may want to contact then about it.

What graphics card do you have? As far as I'm aware, the functionality of the game becomes near-zilch if your computer isn't up to scrach.
As for Zaeed, did you check your registered promotions? (Profile > Your Registered Game Promotions)

geforce 6600, which is probably the reason for the squares not always popping up. All the other specs are pretty much n the money for required settings.
For the down-loadable content I see options for the overlord pack and stuff, just not the one for Zaeed. Is it named something weird? Does anyone have a link to where I could download it?

By "seeing options for DLC", do you mean you went to the top to Games > ME2 > Official DLC, or did you go to Profile > Your Registered Game Promotions? I'm guessing you went to the first instead of the latter, which I mentioned in my previous post.
