I just bought a new PC, and I'd like to know if it's possible to import my chars so I can continue my journeys. If it is, would someone be kind enough to tell me how to do it?

In your Documents folder, look for BioWare/Dragon Age/Characters
Just copy any folders (they will be named after your characters) into the same folder on your new PC and it should work fine.
