Every time I put in a door, it's facing backwards. Any ideas?

You can use "Adjust Location" to change the orientation of the door though that option is only available from its entry in the area content list, not by right clicking on the door itself. In my (brief) test I can''t get a door into the "Exit - Grass" at all. Hope that helps.
