This is more of a vent to ea/bioware, but seriously all the fixes in the world should not be nessesary as it should be upto you guys to wake up and give us a dam fix so we can play your game.
In short, give us a fix for your dlc (and the other problems) sooner rather than later.....we have paid for it and we deserve better than this.

indeed, i got the collectors edition and none of the stuff i have redeemed or anything shows in my "downloaded" screen, its frustrating when u were looking forward to the game so much and cant use what u paid for.

same here, the DLC installed, the stone keep Quest not going to be active, the quest mark stay still on NPC, no soldier peak does not appear on map, bioware has very poor on support, that can ruin thier reputation someday ahead.

that's correct, if you have an issue with console DLC, then you need to address it to http://help.dragonage.com

i have tried the sticky, i have tried some of it (i just have to work it out still) i'm just saying its stupid how we even need to do this to fix it in the 1st place....surely we deserve ea/bioware to fix this for us

Still have this problem on the PS3. The trouble-shooting stuff is of no help whatsoever. I have the blasted Dragon Blood Armor listed in the promo page, so I have it registered, but it simply will not appear in-game, unlike The Stone Prisoner, which worked flawlessly.
PLEASE, fix this, Bioware.

same here i got the stone prisoner and the blood dragon armor for PC. I reedemed it and appeared on the website but not in game at the downable content. Then i bought BW points an they appeared in game. Later i bought warden's keep and that dosn't appear either please help!

Take a look at the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ, which has fixes for the most common problems with getting DLC to download.
