1st Rumor I've Heard:

In response to player backlash against what is perceived as "unrealistic women", BioWare has remodeled the females to be slightly overweight, small chested, and very very bitter. Several characters have been rewritten to lower their self-esteem. They get very clingy if you accidentally show them the least bit of affection and they complain about EVERYTHING.



2nd Rumor I've Heard:

Not only will there be accidental romances, there will be accidental sex scenes. You will have no clue that either of these is occuring until they culminate in their final scenes.

Dragon Age 2 will start off with the stuff mentioned in the demo, then right as Hawke is about to leave Lothering, the warden mistakes him and his party for darkspawn and kills them. Then the story is once more about the warden, while the word "TRICK" slowly materialize on your screen.

Also, Hawke is actually a griffon and he can fly.

DA2 Collector's edition will include a mini version of Hawke's halberd, two cans of nutella, and a very hairy varric plushie. Make of it what you will.

David Gaider forgot his briefcase containing the script for DA2 in a restaurant a couple of days ago. The script has been made public on WikiLeaks. As a result David Gaider decided to rewrite the whole story and start from scratch. The only element that he kept from the initial story is the name Hawke. BioWare has announced a new release date for DA2: Friday the 13. January 2012

You will not be able to select your gender when you create a character, let alone customize its appearance. You will instead be given an ambiguous character that appears gender neutral and is not referred to in dialogue by any pronouns or titles that would denote sex. Likewise the voice acting will also be difficult to differentiate between a male and female voice.

Hawke has been in a relationship with Leliana while living in Lothering. Leliana ended the relationship on the grounds that the Maker has spoken to her and given her a holy mission to vanquish darkspawn. Hawke now hates all Chantry sisters and believes them to be quite mad. He will also have repeated flashbacks with Leliana, and compare all his LI to her.



Also, the family that Steen slaughtered was related to Hawke. That’s why he now hates Qunari and swore to avenge their death by killing as many qunari as he can.
