I am thinking about playing Origins without Warden's Keep, so I can play Awakenings with a preplanned character and be able to see the Vigilance Sword and Sentinel Armor correctly.
If I disable Warden's Keep, will this permanently corrupt my old PS3 saves? or will I be able to reinstall Warden's Keep and have access to them again without any problem?
Will Deleting Warden's Keep permanently corrupt my old PS3 saves?

You will be able to reinstall WK later and use your old savefiles. They simply won't load until you install WK back.

Don't delete it -- just don't actually play it. Just let it sit there on the map.
