I have doubts about "XPO Air International", I have visit its homepage
www.xpomail.com/index.htm
but I can solve my doubts.
1º It's ships to EUROPE - SPAIN?
2º It has a track number & it's certified? or it ship by a regular mail post office of my city?

From my experience:
Like USPS or Royal Mail etc., delivery of XPO shipments within the target country is carried out by the regular national post service.
In past orders, XPO International had no tracking number (to Germany).
