 Simple things really. 
A Griffon ring and/or pendant. 
Another pendant featuring the Kirkwall symbol, that tribal-looking dragon is just cool
Mini busts of our characters (armor and weapons of choice)
and dare I say it? A nice replica of Hawke's polearm, what can I say? Its growing on me.  
hmmm maybe those last two arent simple, but still would love to see this stuff in Bioware's store. 
Come on Bioware, at least a Grey Warden's pendant. I'll be good, I promise. 
Add to the wish list people. 

oh, and before I forget, we WILL be seeing the soundtrack to DA2 sometime next year right? I love that song in the trailer
