Im curious about that whole thing with the Templar having a wife, but great summary, Baal.
That's easy to explain from a historical perspective. At one time it was not uncommon for Catholic Priests to have secret wives (or simply lovers for that matter) on the side.

I see Templars more like Knights, no celibacy and whatnot.

Thats what I figured, but it was made pretty clear in DA:O that Templars could not have families. Just seems odd to me.ErichHartmann wrote...

I just hope they say something about it.

Hey Mike, any chance you guys would consider scaling back the, erm, bosom size on the female body model? I like the direction you're taking with the male model--from what I can see he looks like an athlete more than a body builder, but the female looks very top-heavy. Any chance we could get a look that's more "hero" and less "pinup"? For the record I think Morrigan in her unique robe was sized just right.

Agreed I have many friends who do not always agree with my point of view or opinions but are still my friends...Alistair was too sensitive certain smart ass comments netted loss of points, Sten to me was the only one I liked cause even if he didn't agree with my tactics all I had to do was throw down, and he'd be content again.Nerevar-as wrote...

Agreed, but my concerns would be will dialogue be more like politicians like in DAO. I hated having to figure out what my companion wanted hear versus saying what I wanted to say. Mass Effect was very good for me being able to anwser how I wanted, and the companion maybe not agreeing but finding his/her own middle ground to accept the processed infortmation making it easier for me to build my character how I wanted.Shiroukai wrote...
Why did no one asked question regarding the new dialogue system?
I would have thought it one of the most curious aspects of the game in need of some clarifications.
Like:
How much does it differ from ME?
Will it still contain a certain amount of RPG aspects, and not force us pretty much to keep choosing the upper choice through the game because of immersion contradiction?
Will there be more then 1 icon showing behind the choice, like for example a sarcastic and kill remark?
Guess the whole dialogue worries has flew over?
Morrigan is a prime example that if you did not agree to her view then you lost substantial amount of like, but its ok I gave her creepy stuff so she'll forgive the fact that I completly disagree with her lifestyle, and still jump my bones.
I loved this. If I want to play in a way that clashes with a companion´s view of life, then see no reason why that person should like me. We just have a common goal. In ME Tali and Liara will fall for you no matter how much of a speciest jerk you are.
With Morrigan (and everyone else) I play with the limit of giving only their quest gifts (and the mirror). You don´t really have to agree with her view of things, flattery and neutral options work fine without agreeing in her Stupid Evil tendencies (was that intended or bad writing?).
@Mike
Thanks for the heads up, i've been trying to find all the info I can for the last couple days. I'm glad the dialogue was fixed that is good news...well keep up the good work then

I wonder if DA:O boobs got as much protest I mean every woman had huge boobs in DA:O even Wynne which was scarry. Quite frankly the boob issue is getting annoying now...for the very few females we've seen in the game yet maybe you could wait to see more as Bethany's rack could be something special. I might start protesting they take the athlete from Hawke and make him a fat guy with a bald spot, and a fu man chu! You got plenty beefcake on the male side so is the boob protest really that big (hahahhaha) of an issue.yukidama wrote...

It was shown on PC, but I don't know if it's going to be PC exclusive. It was also just an early prototype.Flamesz wrote...

We were shown one of the new Mage finishing moves which looked very much like the one seen in the CGI trailer (the hands who ripped the Qunari apart).
So that is in game? Zomg!!! And the trailer Hawke is indeed an Arcane Warrior.
Thank you for telling us ^^

I did not like the breasts in Origins personally, no. They were very oddly shaped and pretty large. But I wasn't on the forums while Origins was in development. If I had been, I might have said something.
I'd really just like an answer, even if that answer is "No and stop asking. We're implementing masseuse NPCs in every major city for female Hawkes".

Flemeth's breasts aren't very big, though. It might be more variable.
It's her outfit most likely. If I understand the armor system right, anything below the neck is part of the particular armor model and not the default body, which is why Morrigan's body shape changed when you changed her out of her default robes.
And @kraidy: agreed.

But femHawke's outfits might also be scaled down compared to the likes of Bethany, then. It might be that companions have companion specific armor lines to keep their own "special" body type... kind of like the weapons and armor in some Final Fantasy games. Squall could only use gunblades, etc.

So then it stands to argue that if you change Bethany's armor/robes that her bust size may drop, and we can move on from the boob issue?
Sure but I wouldn't put money on that being the case.

Nicely done Systemlord Baal!
Interesting that Flemeth wants some package delivered to Dalish.......considering the Witch Hunt DLC seemingly has Morrigan at some ancient ELven ruins, there definitely seems to be some connection between Morrigan/Flemeth and the ancient Elves.
I'll be kind of disappointed though if Morrigan isn't involved in DA2...sort of looking forward to the DLC and DA3 more at this point than DA2...
Well, nice info from Systemlord Baal,
but perhaps it's more about the Sundermount than a Morrigan's concern plot.
What we know from this old elven place (remember the GI interactive map):
"The oldest of the ancient elfves were laid to rest in tomb-many of which are said to lie in the slop of Sundermount in the Free marches. This is no longer a place to rest, however.Legends claims that in their desperation, the elves summoned terrible demons to defend their holy mountains, and that the demon remain even if the elves are a long forgotten memory".
So perhaps the Flemeth intentions is to awake this demon?
