Before I get to far into game (Just left Temple of Tyr) are there any time limits on the quest or order to do them in?
I have 4 in my Journal now after talking to the girl at the gate.
Trying to play without any walk through.

No and please next time you ask about OC (is it official campaign, right?) ask in the proper forum. Its becase of spoilers...

EDIT: except if you finish a chapter and you left the city, you of course won't be allowed to get back and finish the quests.
