This is driving me nuts. I'm trying to check local integers in-game
using the console commands (printlocalvars), but I can only see the bottom portion of the
list. How do I either pause the list, or scroll back up to see
everything?

Really? Nobody knows? I guess it really doesn't matter, since it prints to a local folder anyways.

Even hi hi-res, the list still doesn't show in its entirety. No worries though; a quick alt-tab and I've got the list in notepad.

How are you outputting to notepad, I am tring to get a globalvar but have been unsuccessful in finding it without the ability to page though the results.

also, some scripting - like SendMessageToPC inserted at the right points can keep you updated on whatever vars your tracking:
SendMessageToPC(GetFirstPC(), IntToString(nVar)); //for a very basic example
nVar can also be: GetLocalInt(...) or whatever type of int your chasing
