What happens is that when I upload a screenshot from my character, everything seems to work, until I go to my album. Then it doesn't show any preview of the picture, just a small empty square.


Weird part is that if I just open and save (nothing more) the file on my pc before sending it works fine.
Anyone any idea? Bit annoying for me that I first have to open/save any screenshot I want to upload

I guess it must be my pc then.

This problem can occur if images have invalid data in them. Such as non-standard meta tags. We are currently looking into ways to deal with this.

We have updated the image uploader to filter out images that cannot be processed. You should now get an error message instead of having a blank image or thumbnail added to your album.



If you are still having problems uploading images please let us know.

This thread seems old, however I am having trouble uploading album images for my Project...

The images upload ok (are in jpg format), then I see a blank thumbnail. After closing the window they not there. (Have tried both the flash and simpler uploader).

The funny thing is that in the site log it looks like I have indeed uploaded images...

Have even tried different webrowsers. Any ideas?

The specific file type of the images I tried to upload are: JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.01.
