I've always been a little in love with Shianni's face, and it's pretty easy to find mods that'll let you make an exact copy of her, but the eyes... They kind of bug me after a little while. And I can never get the Morrigan hairstyle to work with her proportions...
Have you considered uploading her as a downloadable mod? It's pretty well done...
