Well, I have an error when opening the toolset which says the following:
'Unable to connect to the database.
Run the toolset configuration program and verify your settings or search the toolset wiki http://social.biowar...wiki/datoolset.
The toolset must now exit.'
I have tried uninstalling it and re-installing it yet I still have the error - any help on how to fix it?

Try this Shaorie,
(Only do this is you don't mind starting fresh, if you have module content already that you do not want to be lost then don't bother with this as it will remove the old database and anything you have worked on with it.)
uninstall the toolset (and make sure to tell it to uninstall the database as well)
uninstall all references to sql 2005 on your computer.
then reinstall the toolset.
