I figured since I had all the DLC content for XBOX, it wouldn't be too much of an issue for it to be transfered over to PC, it is after all on the same account.

So my question is, having just got the collectors edition of ME2 on PC, why isnt the DLC available on it? Even though its the same EA account?

cause pc and x360 dlc are two different things.

meaning you have to re-buy them for the pc if you want to play them on the pc.  However you should have the cerberus network for free

This is true, but I think its a little bit of a con to ask the same account to buy items again. Lost the 360 to a lightening storm, which is the reason I ask. =/

well then you can either send your 360 back / get a new one or pay the cumulative 1760 bioware points for all the dlc you're missing (not including cerberus network) xd

The codes for the Collector's edition DLC, any preorder DLC, the Dr. Pepper promotion DLC, and the Blood Dragon Armor DLC should give you access to that content on both the PC and 360. Paid DLC content- mission packs, appearance packs, weapons packs- need to be purchased individually for both platforms.
