oops, well just got the collector's edition, entered the code for the 3 items, (luckily didn't enter the other 2) and.... nothing happened. no notification, nothing. any help?

i'm trying to register, but it keeps saying wrong code for the game, copy is the asian? version. would that have anything to do with it?

the registration code should be your bar-code, from the back of the game box

still getting the same error after entering the barcode, tried both from the sleeve and the plastic cover

make sure to use all the small numbers too...

registered, thanks a bunch, game's great so far, just feeling a little annoyed at local support and wondering if my codes will still work

codes should be fine... try going to the tab to the left under your picture and find the link that says "your registered game promotions" it's located under the "profile" section

2 things there, the lucky stone and something labeled as unrecognized, codes are still borking

updated, everything is on the profile page, just not on the ps3

I'm having the same problem. Are you from Singapore? I have a feeling the things are not on the Asian servers yet since they're not displaying Stone Prisoner nor Warden's Keep on the DLC list...I tried the collector's edition codes and the pre-order ones and they don't work. Not going to try the Shale and Blood armour code till this problem is solved.

The profile here shows that I have redeem the codes too.

Yup...I hope they resolve the problem soon. I wonder whether there's an EA Singapore that i can call. All they have on the forums at EA Singapore are topics like "My niece died" or old topics with no replies...
Thankfully I have assignments to occupy me for the next few days. Hope they resolve it soon though.

calling would work better, check your box, there should be a number for ea sg. tried mailing but all i got was 'refer to the bioware site' directing me to the forums here

Registered the game and profile shows unrecognized content. Could not access anything from within the game.



Is this normal?

My profile shows the content but I can't download anything since nothing shows in the in-game list. I'm hoping that they're just merely slow. Shall not risk inputting The Stone Prisoner till I see it on the in-game DLC list...Sigh...
