Hirol's Defence Armour - Where?????

This is my second playthrough and I got the whole armor set the first time round. This time I have all the other parts except the main piece of armour. I can't for the life of me find it. I have returned with my thief to open any chests that Sigrin couldn't but it is no-where to be found. Please help before I pop a vein.

Greaves are found just after finding Sigrun and entering Kal'Hirol.
Proceed to fight a few darkspawn and once you start to head up some stairs there will be 3 deepstalkers on your right. Its right there on your immediate right (when you cross a bridge), You will find them as Ancient Boots.
Take them to the Forge in Kal'Hirol - Trade Quarter. You will find a golem standing by an anvil. Use the anvil to receive the Greaves of Hirol's Defense.
Breastplate of Hirol's Defense is found in a damaged state in a side chamber of Kal'Hirol - Main Hall between the Commons and Slums. Like the greaves, take it to the Forge in Kal'Hirol - Trade Quarter and use the anvil to receive the breastplate.
Gloves are found by solving the rune puzzle in the Kal'Hirol - Trade Quarter. Match the rune colors on the floor with the ones on the statues.
Helmet can be found in the forked pathway of the Kal'Hirol - Trade Quarter in the Treasury near the children-infested passageway. Go in the direction that leads to a flight of stairs. Once up the stairs you will find several Dwarven containers with items. The Helmet is in one of them.[/list]

Yeah, I missed it the first time. The breastplate is in an easily overlooked side chamber of the Main Hall between the Commons and Slums, near where a man and woman ghosts are debating what to do.
