I tried to purchase a a few bioware points (which i have done successfully before) and got an error saying my order was rejected and to try again later. I waited a bit and tried one more time with the same error.
I now have two charges on my bank account and no bioware points to show for it. What can I do to get this taken care of quickly?

Ok this is a damn nightmare....I have gotten no answer from any of my emails....no one has bothered to reply here at all. I cant find a number to call....I suppose bioware just hopes I get so frustrated they can just keep my money without providing me with the product. If anyone knows any way for me to get this resolved please please please help.
