Would you be ok with guy oriented eye-candy if there were more for women?

I've covered this a thousand times. Her cup size isn't physically possible for the setting.

It is VERY possible.
Every single commoner or noble had huge breasts.

Christina Norman on Mass Effect 2.
Sheryl Chee on Dragon Age.
Mary Kirby on Dragon Age.
That one girl (forget her name) on Assassin's Creed 2.

Agreed. It doesn't make much difference to me what shape a LI's body is in so long as they have good character development and equal body proportions that are not way over the top unless they're a creature or different race. The bodies they have in DA:O are good, although I would prefer the women to have bigger hips and the men to have a little chest hair.Make them look less like a Ken doll.

Fireballs flying around do not happen in real life. I have nothing to compare them against. Willing Suspension of Disbelief allows me to accept that they are real, in this situation--I can't say that it's impossible for a fireball to be that big, because magic doesn't exist.
Women exist. Women with those proportions are unrealistic and it occuring naturally is very rare, and would cause her only problems in a battle setting. The entire population of Thedas appearing thus so is similar. I can compare it against reality and find it wanting. If reality is found wanting in this fantasy setting, suddenly immersion is broken: it is no longer a viable world with a story grounded in reality, that makes it compelling and intriguing.

Not to those extremities. Morrigan's breast size were actually smaller than the average model and she was relatively well loved. (although they shape-shifted size if you changed her armor)

You're right, being on the writing team of a game devoted to story and writing and characters is a truly marginal job. Lead gameplay designers, also highly unimportant.

ALso people have something called chemicals that can easily create fireballs.
Will your average person see these?
Probably not.

I disagree that she is wearing a corset. I agree that the chainmail is positioned in a very odd place, but it doesn't look like any corset I've ever seen.
Maybe it's the chain mail but near the back of her robe / shirt, I see straps of a sort. They don't really look connected to the chain mail.
They do to me. Besides that, tightening straps wouldn't really do a whole lot to constrict your waist. Corsets have to wrap all the way around and have ties that surround the waist that can constrict.
If those straps aren't holding the chainmail up, what is? They also go over the chainmail, as you can see.
I believe that it acts a corset, regardless. It has been styled to be some sort of scale or chainmail armour, but it does seem to have a "corset effect". Actualy, there also seems to be some sort of padding arround her breasts. I didn't notice that before.
