And your body type, many women have it naturally? It doesn't cause you back pain? You frequently lift swords and wear armor and traverse countries?
We've said it before, I am not affronted that Bethany's body type exists. But it should not be the default female model, as it is shaping up to be.
This 36E girl does actually practise sword daily. In fact, the tendency to hunch shoulders a bit forward because of the bust is something of a posture problem that I need to work on improving if I want to get better at sword. Plus, in the (two-handed) sword style I follow, you're supposed to bring your elbows together to make the downward cut very swift, and I've had to figure out my own way of doing that with my breasts in the way! But it is quite possible to practise martial arts, even so.
Accordingly, I'm all for not stigmatizing women like me, implying we're unrealistic bimbos who could never fight with breasts like those, etc. But by no means do I think that we should be the standard. I would like standard female PCs to have nice, healthy bodies that look good to female players, not just male ones.
So, if there is a large bosom, the arms and legs should not look like thin little sticks by comparison. They should be in proportion. Conversely, if the devs decide to go for a more slender body build, then smaller breasts would be appropriate. One should look at the aesthetics of the body as a whole, not just focus on one aspect of it.

It's a bit of a shame that all the males
and females have the same body in the game...it would be nice to have
more variety--ideally, different shapes for rogue, mage and warrior.
This is all very well, and I'd find it great if the devs took this approach. But, ultimately, it's zots spent where they don't need to be spent. All player character armour that can be equipped would have to have a different model based on body shape. It's a lot of work - work that could be used to make the story more awesome.
