I posted this in the other thread but no one seems to know.

Has it been confirmed when we can activate the LotS storyline? It doesn't have to be after the suicide mission, does it? Man I hope not.

I don't have the exact link but I know that Chris P confirmed that you can play through the DLC before or after the suicide mission. However, the writers wrote the dialog with the assumption that you have already completed the suicide mission so I guess from a plot progression progressive it makes more sense to play this DLC AFTER the suicide mission.

If they wrote it with that assumption, why didn't they just make that a requirement?  It was a requirement I frankly expected, and it only makes sense.  I kind of hate it when I have to metagame in order for conversations and plots to make sense, something that seems to have happened to me in every BioWare game since KOTOR.

It comes out on the 7th of september. It is the largest DLC so far for ME2 according to the Devs

SPOILER-

Javier and I even did some voice acting for it.

im curious, who do you 2 voice then?

if they're new VA's, then it stands to reason that they would voice new characters right? ie characters that haven't had a voice before.

Isn't the pricing set by Microsoft, based on size of the DLC? I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere. If true, then it would have to be larger than Overlord and Kasumi. I'm guessing 3-4 hours game play.

Again, people are assuming that this price is based on the length. I am telling you right now, Lair of the Shadow Broker will be a 2 hour experience at max. People forget that this DLC will have more dialog and stuff, which could be a reason for the higher price. They said that there are like 5 areas in LotSB. Overlord also had 5 areas to explore/battle in and yet that was a 2 hour experience. What makes you think LotSB's 5 areas would be even larger?

Just accept it, the DLC we get for ME2 for now on will all be in 2 hour installments. If yo are expecting that 4+ hour experience, then you just dreaming.

Come September 7th, you all will eat crow as you find out that you've been waiting for a 4 hour experiment but only got 2 hours.

If this DLC was longer than 2 hours, then Bioware would have been came out and said it because they know how much we want that and they would want to add to the excitement by saying that LofSB is 4+ hours long. However, they seemed to answer many questions about the DLC BUT the length. It is as if they are trying to hide something from us and waiting for us to give them our money before we find out.

Lair of the Shadow Broker = 2 hours
