I am attempting to use the balance of my points to purchase the DLC "Golems of Amgarrak". It costs 400 points and my balance indicates that I have 640 points remaining.
When I attempt to complete the purchase after logging into the game, I receive an error: "Sorry, your request could not be completed at this time. Please try again." Over and over.
Interestingly (and what I suspect is the cause of this error), the email the I originally registered my account under in Jan2010, and subsequently purchashed points to, seems to no longer be recognized. Almost as if it was flagged as inactive. I have reactivated the account (through standard "new customer" registration) and I can now login and see my point balance.
Yet I still get that error when trying to purchase the DLC.
Any ideas? Please assist, thanks!

Unfortunately, your theory doesnt apply to me. I've used the same email account and have never changed it in my profile. I was even able to purchase Darkspawn chronicles after encountering the error and yet i'm still unable to purchase Golems of Amgarrak.
