Can't buy Golems DLC

I decided to get the Feastday combo pack and Leliana's Song as well as GoA today. First two working fine but I am having the same problem as everyone else with GoA. Glad to hear they're working on it and hope they will be able to fix this up nice and soon.

Same issue, a friend of mine has it successfully but I cannot obtain the golem one. I bought Return to Ostigar/Leliana's Song/Darkspawn and they're all fine but Golems will not even purchase.

Yep, I'm having the same problem. Posting here only to hopefully help escalate the issue for Bioware.

Got a reply back from customer support. Doesn't tell us much, but at least they are working on it.

I'm having the same problem, it lets me go through with the purchase but won't take my points and says "cannot process request".



I'm hoping they pull up their socks for this problem.. it's one thing to not be able to buy content 'cause of server problems. But it sounds everyone(here) has already paid for the thing, but just can't use the points we've purchased, and that's another thing entirely.

Exactly!  If it had just rejected my purchase, then I wouldn't be "out" anything.  Now, EA  has my money, and I have... NOTHING.  I believe that falls into the category of misrepresentation, if not outright fraud. 

Wonder how long it would take:
 
a) to get a refund for the (evidently worthless for the purpose intended) purchase of the points,
-or-
B) them to fix it if everyone who couldn't download it were to demand an immediate refund!
Since it's been well over 24 hours since the first reports, this is starting to look like a much more serious FAIL.Image IPB

Same problem here...kind of a bummer, as stated before, you have to spend on BioWare points before getting the actual product. I wish you can just purchase the DLC directly instead of using intermediary means.

I'm having the same problem, is unbelievable that something like that can be happening for almost 2 days. It says too much about how much EA cares for their customers.

Same boat as you guys, got all the other stuff down fine, just a problem with this one, I'm guessing it's gonna be fixed in the next day or two so I'll just keep trying from time to time.

I wish!  It's me who lost the money.  They got theirs when I purchased the Points.  Now, I just can't get what I want for them.  

I know -- it's a plot to boost sales of "The DLC That Must Not Be Named".  They're hoping that we'll get frustrated and decide that SOMETHING, (even that) is better than NOTHING.  Which is all we have now... Image IPB

i wonder if it is working for anyone... it's gotta be some sort of fraud to advertise this product, sell points for it and know that it is not actually accessible.

Good to see I have wasted an evening trying to "fix" MY install before coming across this thread. *sigh*.

Agree. I had already purchased the points (so I already paid for something they don't provide me), but at least they can put a warning in the web, something like "not available now", because for sure there is people buying points for to get that DLC. Great bussiness: we buy the product, they don't give us... 100% profit!!.

Hi all......I am having the exact same problem.



I actually think this is a recent thing....I know some users that have actually downloaded and installed "Golems" when it was first released.



They probably haven't pinpointed the problem yet so I guess we just have to be patient.



I hope this is not going to be like my "Ubisoft" Experience

Same deal here, just purchased points and tried to buy "Golems" first through the web interface and then through the game itself. Neither method worked.
