Can't buy Golems DLC

I am having the same issue not with the Golems DLC but all DLC. I just registered my copy of the Deluxe Edition I got off Steam in June and I can't get any of the freebie stuff or the feastday dlc that I bought yesterday. :-(

Oh I forgot to add that I did come across a message in game at some point that said it could not contact the server to download my purchase.  I think it was when I tried getting it through the journal.

I have tried that solution and it doesn't work.

It seems to be an issue on there end not ours

That post is also from a different DLC

I have come across problems like this in the past and that solution above worked every time but in this case it wont.

Just purchased multiple DLC consecutively, and currently only having an issue with buying "The Golems of Amgarrak".

After you have registered your cd-key on social.bioware.com
(My Games>Register Games),
select Profile>Redeem Promo Code,
and try inputting your cd-keys there and restart the game,
hope that helps.

I just got another clueless response from EA...


"We will pass the information you have provided to the development team. Regretfully we do not have information on if or when a fix will be put in place. They are however collecting data from the community and are examining solutions if they determine enough customers have the problem and the problem is technically addressable with a patch, or if a work around is possible. Certainly development will use the information gathered to ensure that this problem does not occur in future releases, however it is impossible to guarantee that this will ever be fixed in the current version. If you are not interested in tracking this issue on the message board, please know that you will automatically be notified if an official solution to this problem in the form of a work around or patch is discovered.

In the mean time, I am notifying my supervisor that you have an unresolved problem that we have no fix for. We at EA customer service make every attempt to resolve each issue, but sometimes a resolution is simply not possible due to problems beyond our control."

LOL, i decided to come back to DA world after a month passed on other games and they aren't selling me the new DLC.

Well, by fortune i already had bioware points and i did not purchase them to buy GoA, i will use them for ME dlc that work realy better and never gave me issue.

Since then my return to DA universe is delayed, going back to more serious software houses games.

Good work Bioware!!!

Still, as folks can see from my post above, **** about a reimbursement, and you end up with a bogoff - buy GoA, get Darkspawn Chronicles free! (assuming Witch Hunt is more than 400 points, ofc)

So... let me get this straight. Over two days of people letting EA  know that there was a problem, and nothing done.

ONE HOUR after Nathan pops up to say he was just tipped-off about the issue and would forward it to the DLC Team, and it's FIXED?!? Image IPB

Sorry when I said I registered I meant I did this process.  Of course I start the game up and nothing is downloading.  Guess it takes a bit before it starts.
