Still...
I still am going to buy Dragon Age 2.... I am disappointed in myself. It will not be a pleasant experience playing it.

They added a dialog wheel? Thats it. They ****ed up Dragon Age 2. No matter how hard they try, Dragon Age 2 will never be at the same level as Dragon Age Origins. Since there is now a dialog wheel you are now going to play as either the Good Guy, the Bad Guy, or the ****. Only 3 options. I liked Dragon Age Origins because it had dialog options like KoToR. Dragon Age 2 is going to be as linear as Mass Effect and Final Fantasy 13. SERIOUSLY look what happened to ff13!

A wheel that allows you to choose dialog from a number of options we do not know of will suddenly be only Good Guy, Bad Guy or **** even though the system that was used on KoTOR revolved around the same thing (A couple bad guy options, a couple good guy options and a couple investigate options), but it will also make the game as linear as it can get just because of that?.
Can you explain how did you mind jump from dialogue wheel to complete linearity?
*EDIT* Also, from all the BioWare games I've played, I'd say they are linear games disguised as open games. I think the formula goes as followed:
Introduction -> First Location -> Choice between 4 other locations -> Mandatory sidetrack at the end of the 3rd location visited -> Go to 4th Location -> Final Location and final confrontation.
Of course I could be just oversimplifying things.
