then y even advertise the cerberus network.... if you arent going to support it then y have it. They may as well just called it a rip off cause it costs u $15(not new) to get it for really average dlc

Do you want a DLC pack like Firewalker?

I wouldn't mind one that's exactly like Firewalker in every, single way...except for the ones that suck.

No, but i want to know one of the games selling points that would be "updated" and give new content every so often to be left by the way side.

I dont have a problem pay for DLC in fact some of the DLC is worth the money but why did they even put the cerberus network in the game if they dont support it. If i bought the game pre owned, i wouldnt pay for the cerberus network cause you dont get much for your $15. I would love some more pay DLC but i have a problem with putting something there and not doing anything with it

I would expect another weapon pack of some sort. However, the next "big" DLC probably won't show up until a few months later.

DLC featuring Ashley and Kaidan. Some sort of team-up, post Suicide Mission DLC, with the opportunity to repair friendships or romances. Not a complete resolution, but at least an olive branch into ME3.
There's a wishlist in the General Discussion thread.

They never said it would update the game periodically. The fact of the matter is that they are moving on to larger DLC packs, most noted, the pre-ME3 DLC.

That kind of time and resource takes money.

Is it silly to sell a weapons pack? A costume pack? Yes. But let us not get those confused with the big picture.

Hmm. Well, Bioware's other current franchise, Dragon Age: Origins featured 7 big DLC packs (Shale, Warden's Keep, Return to Ostagar, Darkspawn Chronicles, Leliana's Song, Golems of Amgarrak, and the final DLC yet to be released, Witch Hunt).

That being said, I suspect Mass Effect 2 will follow a similar pattern. Thus far, we've had 5 big DLC packs (Zaeed, Firewalker Pack, Kasumi, Overlord, Lair of the Shadow Broker). My guess? We'll get two more:

A ME Squadmate Prequel DLC, perhaps Garrus' time on Omega or Legion's time tracking Shepard
Another ME3 Bridge DLC, featuring the other ME1 unkillable squadmate, the Virmire Survivor

Seeing that the Dragon Age series is adopting a lot of Mass Effect's ideals, I'd bet that the two franchises are blending their target audiences, and thus will follow similar development patterns.

See if they pull that, then people will want other ones foreach character, people where pissed off that only Leli and Morrigan got DLC, with the ME fanbase, the character fanbases are huge, just picture if there was only a Garrus DLC, that would be cheap becausde many other characters have stories that where not expanded upon and would also be intresting

Already had one.

I was thinking of something more in the vein of a viking funeral, setting a floating pyre alight with an arrow and all that. Substitute the boat with a shuttle, the arrow with a torpedo, and we're all set.

Gonna need to find the casket because I'm pretty sure I jettisoned it out the airlock after that scene.

That's true, however, if they were to make a prequel DLC pack, Garrus's/Legion's would by far be the most interesting while still tying in to the main story.

That being said, I don't want them to make one. I'd rather more ME3 bridge DLC, but I wouldn't be surprised to see this instead.

They worked well with Dragon age because they had them planned from the beginning with that "other campaigns" option. However, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense if they were to try to do the same thing with Mass Effect. At least not without a "other campaigns" option.
