I'd also expect a third story DLC, hinting at ME3's story set between the Virmire Survivor DLC and the ME3 release - probably one that's only playable after the suicide run. And expect minor DLCs (appearance packs etc.) in between.
Something I would love to see (but don't expect to happen) is a N7 mission pack - akin to Overlord, just a couple of sidequests so you can keep playing it in little chunks if you want to play ME2 for a bit.

Virmire Survivor DLC please
Yep.
If it's anywhere along the lines of LotSB's epicness, we'll be in for a treat. Tying the mission in to the mysterious mission where everyone, for no reason, leaves the ship while the collectors steal your crew, would also absolve complaints from numerous fans.

Still, in the case of such a DLC, I'd love it if the missions branched a little to reflect the strengths of either character. For Ash, the chance to show off her infantry badassery, combined with the fallout of not only being a Williams, but also a member of a crackpot maverick Spectre's crew. Blacklisted but for the grace of Anderson, sort of thing. And with Kaidan, I'd love something that actually shows off his L2 status, as that became a bit of an informed ability in ME1. Liara got to show off her moves in her DLC, so more biotic awesomeness, please.

Tali funeral DLC.
Already had one.
On every playthrough, except one, but she pissed off even there.
Anyways, I agree with OP, sooner or later there'll be time for an Ash/Kaidan DLC.
Hopefully with more investigation and dialogues.

I think for the purpose of parity that an Ash/Kaidan DLC is in order or why even give the player a choice during the first ME. All the love interest should have a chance to once again shine, including the ME2 characters as well (Miranda still has daddy issues and Thane is looking a little peaked).
I enjoyed myself immensely during this last DLC and I am willing to open my wallet again and again if Bioware can continue to churn out more thrilling adventures.

Besides that, I'd like the chance to do some Spectre work, maybe work with the Salarian STG again. I'm sure they can just customize the mission e-mail to be sent from the Council, the Alliance or Cerberus depending on whatever makes sense for the playthrough and create missions that all three organizations would be interested in. Maybe they could even set it up to give Shepard the option of acting as a free agent.

There also need to be a sequel to Bring Down The Sky (this can be done WITH the Virmire survivor DLC)
And I think there should be an Anderson DLC where he quits his job if he's a councilor to fit with the canon of Retribution

possibly ash or kaiden are on council business. maybe working as a spectre (even if you declined them, maybe anderson will give you the mission under the table style.)
And no matter what, at the end of the DLC, we hav the option to "loose connection" during the mission report.

Just a thought, after reading a thread on the possibility that in ME3 none of the squad mates will return. Maybe the next DLC could be on the idea on what happens to the surviving squad mates. Whether it be leaving by choice or not.
Link please. And are you sure you weren't reading about DA:O2? It'd be really really weird to not have a single crew-member back. I mean, if you were the only survivor of the mission, I suppose you could continue your playthrough... maybe get the old gang back together. However, now that Kaiden/Ash may be dead along with Tali and Liara being the new Shadowbroker, your team would be rather... slim.
